Calling all eco-conscious and expressive types: a unique event centred on understanding the freshwater crisis through art, music, dance and photography.

‘Water Falls: Rise in Rhythmic Consciousness’, is a three-hour experiential water awareness journey that connects the environmental and social impact of water consumption with music and mindful movements to inspire individuals and businesses to action.

‘Water Falls’ will feature debut performances in Singapore by former world champion break-dancer and choreographer Daniel ‘Sonic’ Rojas; Japanese-Brazilian drummer Danilo Tsuyoshi; multi-instrumentalist Aki-ra Sunrise and musician Hiroyuki Matsuhisa.

Pressing water issues will be shared and discussed by freshwater and sustainable finance expert, Herry Cho, to make aware of the true impact that our daily lifestyles have on water.

We invite you to come with an open mind to learn, be empowered and celebrate the power and movement of water.

  • About Green Drinks Singapore

Founded in November 2007, Green Drinks Singapore is one of more than 800 cities with a Green Drinks presence.

  • We are a non-profit environmental movement that connects academia, green businesses, activists, community and government, for knowledge sharing and collaboration opportunities. We do this by organising informal talks every last Thursday of the month, over drinks! Once in a while, we hold discussions, documentary screenings and workshops to further engage the public and participants.
  • Started in 1989 in London, the Green Drinks movement is a self-organising network that is meant to be simple and unstructured. The global site can be found at www.greendrinks.org.
