Singapore Power Shift this weekend!

Singapore Power Shift happens this weekend! Organised by 350 Singapore, it’s the second phase following last year’s Global Power Shift, and youth participants will learn more about climate change, and the inner workings of a successful campaign.

The great line up of speakers include Nor Lastrina Hamid (350 Singapore), Bhavani Prakash (Eco Walk the Talk), Yuen Sai Kuan (National Climate Change Secretariat), Adrian Yeo (350 Malaysia), November Tan (The Leafmonkey Workshop), Tan Hang Chong (Nature Society), Tan Yi Han (People’s Movement to Stop Haze), James Chua (Sea Shepherd Singapore), Francis Joseph Dela Cruz (Climate Action Network International), Simpson Khoo.

Date: 12-13 July
Time: 9am onwards
Venue: NTUC Centre

    Founded in November 2007, Green Drinks Singapore is one of more than 800 cities with a Green Drinks presence.

  • We are a non-profit environmental movement that connects academia, green businesses, activists, community and government, for knowledge sharing and collaboration opportunities. We do this by organising informal talks every last Thursday of the month, over drinks! Once in a while, we hold discussions, documentary screenings and workshops to further engage the public and participants.
