This month, our session falls on a Saturday, and we have with us local Italian-style dairy farmer Cesare Cantarella. He will be speaking on the farming vision for his dairy farm – Cantalatt, and how beneficial dairy farming can be for the nation. We had plans to organise a farmers market along with this, but some farmers are on a mission trip at the moment, so we will organise one at a later date.
At the end of the talk, Yogesh Arora of Design-A-Cuisine will sit in to give his viewpoints on holistic eating.
The talk begins at 2.30pm to allow for the lunch crowd to finish up, so feel free to mingle first before the talk.
We hope to see you there!
Date: 26 November 2011 (Saturday)
Venue: Real Food, The Central #B1-52/53, 6 Eu Tong Sen Street.

About the Speaker
Mr. Cesare Cantarella is not new in Singapore. He has been around for the past 20 years, mainly involved in the Food & Beverage sector, and with the experience gathered in this time decided that more could be added to the already vibrant and well establish F&B industry in Singapore, and the dream of contributing with something original and unique has come through with the creation of Cantalatt.
