Join Dr. Jane Goodall at the screening of Jane’s Journey, and a gala dinner in Singapore

Dr. Jane Goodall will be in Singapore next week. If you wish to see her, do pop down to two upcoming events on 25 June (Saturday) – a docu-movie screening titled Jane’s Journey, and the Sustainable Living and the City Gala Dinner. The events are organised by the Jane Goodall Institute (Singapore).

The screening of Jane’s Journey takes place at the National Museum of Singapore at 2.30pm, following which, there will be a Q&A session with Dr Goodall. Tickets are priced at $35, and you may book them here.

The gala dinner will be held at the Fairmont Hotel from 7.30pm. Turn up in formal or sustainably sexy wear and be treated to an evening of entertainment, and there will also be the auctioning of luxury resort stays and spa offerings. Each seat costs $350, or purchase a  table at $3,500. There’s also one VIP table going for $8,000. To register, get in touch with Judy Tham at 9099 2269 or gm@janegoodall.org.sg

  • About Green Drinks Singapore

Founded in November 2007, Green Drinks Singapore is one of more than 800 cities with a Green Drinks presence.

  • We are a non-profit environmental movement that connects academia, green businesses, activists, community and government, for knowledge sharing and collaboration opportunities. We do this by organising informal talks every last Thursday of the month, over drinks! Once in a while, we hold discussions, documentary screenings and workshops to further engage the public and participants.
  • Started in 1989 in London, the Green Drinks movement is a self-organising network that is meant to be simple and unstructured. The global site can be found at www.greendrinks.org.
