SEC and Purple Sage collaborate on Conscious Dining Buffet Menus

Caterers Purple Sage has collaborated with the Singapore Environment Council (SEC)  in their Conscious Dining Buffet Menus initiative which will be rolled out on Earth Day.

For six months from 22 April, Purple Sage is offering menus serving healthy food, which use less oil,  feature locally/regionally sourced ingredients, less meat with more vegetables, and does not include fried items. When any of the menus under this initiative are catered, Purple Sage will provide biodegradable tableware for at no added cost, in line with being environmentally-friendly.

In addition, $1 will be contributed to SEC for tree planting efforts or new environmental initiatives each time there is a purchase of biodegradable tableware from Purple Sage.
